1. Service Charges
Non-refundable once the service has been fully provided and accepted by the customer.
If you cancel a scheduled visit at least 4 hours in advance, you may be eligible for a full refund of any advance payment.
2. Advance Payments
Advance paid for parts or service is non-refundable once the order has been processed or service has started.
In case a part is unavailable or the repair cannot be completed, the advance will be refunded in full or adjusted against a future service.
3. Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were incorrectly charged, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with proof of payment. After verification, a refund will be issued where appropriate.
4. Mode of Refund
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
5. No Refund on Warranty Repairs
Repairs performed under warranty are not eligible for refunds but will be re-serviced if the same issue recurs within the warranty period.
